Privacy Policy
A clear look at how information is handled in the current ZEROTHAM website preview.
Last updated: 1 November 2026 · Current website previewAbout this policy
This policy describes the current ZEROTHAM website preview. It explains how the features available on this website handle information. The marketplace is being developed; real accounts, reservations and payments are not enabled in this preview.
Before services that collect additional personal information are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe those services and their data practices.
Information you choose to share
The account, partner enquiry and sample booking dialogs are demonstrations. Their form entries stay in the current page session and are not submitted to a ZEROTHAM backend.
The Contact Us form prepares a message in your own email application. The website does not send or save that message. If you choose to send it, your name, email address, message and any attachments you add are shared through your email provider and received at our contact mailbox. We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request.
Saved spaces and local storage
When you save a space using its heart icon, the preview stores the sample space identifier in your browser’s local storage under “zerotham-saved”. This allows your selections to remain available when you return using the same browser.
These saved identifiers are not linked to a real ZEROTHAM account or synced to a ZEROTHAM backend. You can remove them by unsaving each space or clearing this website’s data in your browser.
Search and location information
Locality, PIN code, category and filter selections are used in your browser to filter the sample listings. This website does not request access to your device’s precise location.
A category selected from a secondary page may appear in the destination page URL so that the corresponding category can be opened. Avoid entering personal or confidential information into search fields.
Hosting, access and external services
Fonts and photography used by this website are served as site assets. The preview does not include advertising or analytics scripts added by ZEROTHAM.
The service hosting this website may process connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, and may use necessary cookies or sign-in features to provide access, security and delivery. Those hosting and access services operate under their own applicable policies.
Opening a mail link uses your email application or email provider. Their privacy settings and policies apply to that service.
Your choices and questions
You can browse the sample listings without completing a form. You control whether to save a space, send an email or clear local website data.
For a privacy question or a request relating to information you have emailed us, contact us using the address below. Describe the request and include enough context for us to locate the relevant correspondence.
Updates to this policy
Changes to the website may require changes to this policy. The date at the top identifies the latest update. Review this page before using newly introduced services that involve personal information.
